In each episode, popular actor-singer-presenter Bart Peeters shows, in between two short talks with little girls going to bed, how he learned something he first asks them about Sinterklaas (Dutch for Saint Nicholas, after whom Santa Claus/ St.Nick is named in English; celebrated liturgically on December 6) by visiting him and his mischievous assistant, Zwarte Piet ('Black Pete') in the castle where they stay each autumn, preparing to bring children gifts on his feast-day trough the chimneys before returning to Spain. |
